Laptop is fairly good for the price, no complaints with it at all! Only had one issue with the activation key not working but customer service was really good with it. They were fast to reply and to get the situation handled!
Is this used??? Really??
I highly recommend this Chromebook to anyone in search of a reliable device. It comes with a mouse and mouse pad, which is a great addition. The thoughtful packaging includes clear instructions and a beautifully designed letter. Overall, it's a fantastic product, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you!
I purchased the Svikou 14-inch Rose Gold Laptop with the Quad-Core J4105 processor and FHD IPS display. The laptop is still functioning well, but unfortunately, the mouse pad stopped working after a week. It's disappointing because everything else is fine, but the non-responsive mouse pad affects usability. The device looks stylish and performs adequately, but the mouse pad issue is a significant inconvenience. Hopefully, this can be resolved with a repair or replacement. If you're considering this laptop, keep in mind the potential for hardware issues like this.
Love the color. It was very easy to set up, I had no issues. Light weight, visuals are amazing. Battery life seems a bit short is the only thing I don't like. My friend liked it and went and bought the same.
Mouse pad stopped working after a few weeks
I use a large laptop when I do most of my computer work but wanted a smaller footprint for daily use when I'm on the road. I didn't want anything too fancy or too expensive so this one seemed like a good fit. It's perfect for day to day use on basic computing. I don't think it would be good for someone who has a lot of applications that must be used simultaneously or for gaming but for basic needs I think it would be great.
Bought this laptop for my daughter to do homeschooling and it’s very slow and glitchy. We’ve just started school so didn’t open the box til now and the return window has expired. My recommendation is do not buy. The mouse that came with it does not work, just a complete ripoff. I mean I wasn’t expecting 5 star quality for the price but I was at least expecting the computer to work / function properly.
