This not a bad device to have for emergency or home use. The first thing I will say is keep this in decent temp area. The cold will effect the battery unfortunately. The light provided is not bad on this device but the light is hard to direct and this battery is not exactly light and it is rather heavy. The handle has a good grip to it and makes it easier to carry. The cable is easy take out of the device and connect to the battery. It has a high capacity battery.
