I love my gas stove. The company is very responsive. That also sent me a ln extra regulator with the pipe which was very generous of them. I have been using it to cook in my backyard since I bought it. It looks very fancy and expensive. I love the product

Stove top looks to be a quality item, it is well made and looks good. Stove works very well, it's great for use with a authentic hand hammered wok or cast iron pan. Also great for use with frying foods where you need high heat.. if you need very low heat, I would suggest an adjustable regulator or orifice swap as it is hard to get very low flame to simmer a dish for extended periods. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my purchase..

Overall the stove is not too bad. But has some quirky issues, so not a good value for the price.- the grate is very slippery and can't hold many size pans/pots. Had to buy two cast iron grates costing almost $40- The center flame is too tall and not really for small items. When reducing flame, the center continues to be tall. I wish the center and outer burners all came down to low flame together, then outer go off. Problem now is, when using larger cast iron pans, I can't get low flame at all. The center gets overheated and burns food. If reduced, it is so low for large pan, does not work wel

Cooks very well. Customer service is excellent. Our markings on the knobs wore off, contacted the company. Sent replacement immediately at no charge. The only complaint I have is there very little flame control. It is impossible to just simmer. Good ignition, flame, but only high and low, which is not low enough to allow a pot to simmer. Great product.
