Looks like it might’ve been dropped on the corner, but otherwise the product was 1000% OK it works like intended and it came with very understandable instructions.The delivery guy came directly to my apartment door, which the front desk usually doesn’t let them so the fact that I didn’t even have to get dressed and go downstairs to meet him and grab my package was amazing. The stitches come out clean, and it handles different fabrics without any trouble. Threading took a little attention at first, but once it was set up, it ran smoothly. It feels well made and does what I needed for my sewing projects. Good quality for the price.

This serger is a value to buy. I only use for one week can tell this machine is a very smooth easy to work with.

I think it’s worth the money. The stitches are pretty and it does the small jobs that I need to do. Very satisfied. It’s easy to use and the open threading helps for bad eyesight.

I bought this for my mom’s birthday. She is a Seamstress and always wanted one of these type of sewing machine. It’s beer hard to find and I found it on Amazon. She’s in love with it! She said this is very very good . It has everything you need to start and the quality is good. It’s very sturdy. She’s so happy . It works well. This was a very heavy duty machine and felt very sturdy. It worked fine at first, then I changed the thread from the multicolor it came with and everything went downhill.I retreaded the machine so many times I learned the process flawlessly. I watched at least 30 YouTube videos and tried every possible tension change I could and did all the troubleshooting I could. While it “worked”, the tension was never right again so I returned it and got a brother 1034d and it was a game changer. Super thankful for amazons return policy.

It definitely didn’t disappoint.The machine looks really sleek, but my favorite feature has to be the open-access threading design.When you swing open the front cover, you can see the entire loop path clearly. It makes threading and cleaning out the lint so much easier than on other models I've used. It stitches surprisingly fast, and the setup video on their product page walks you through the threading steps really well.
