Don't bother spending the money. I got 10 of these for my wedding reception and not one of them worked. They either didn't charge or needed to be plugged into the charger to be useable. Not worth the money, at all. I would return them if I could but I bought them awhile ago and didn't check them then, mistake on my part but hopefully this keeps someone else from buying them

I tested this out a few times. I haven't set the date properly, and I'm sure you can remove that through the menu, as well, but I haven't yet done so. It takes a micro DS card. There is a slight lag for the photo and while saving it, but otherwise it is easy to use and works well. The picture quality seems good so far, I've mainly tried it outdoors in bright sunlight. For the cost this camera is great for a teen or someone just learning to take photos. It takes really crisp and nice images. The battery holds a charge for a long time. It's great for vlogging and just snapping fun pics. The 4K resolution is amazing as well
