This is what you need to cut aluminum or steel. Yes the teeth will break off but the blade will get the job done for you when you need to cut in a tight place.

These are great. Not quite nitros cardide, but for the price ypu can't beat them. Multiple nails and carbide ia still holding.

The teeth on these are about .053 thick or about 1.35mm or about 3/64”. This includes whatever the coating on the edge is. The braze /weld of the carbide to the steel blade is even & consistent. The steel part is also slightly thinner than the carbide so it shouldn’t bind in the kerf. I’ll be using these to cut thru a thin grout line with a stream of water to wash debris away & keep the blade cool. I’ll update after that.

I had to cut rebar inside a 4" hole in a concrete wall and the only tool I could get in there to cut it was my oscillating tool. I started off with a "metal cutting" blade that quickly lost its teeth after a few minutes. I knew I was going to need a carbide blade and found these JTWEB blades at a good price. I used one blade for four rebar cuts and afterward its teeth still looked the same as when new. These were not easy quick cuts. I went through three 20V fully charged batteries and the oscillating tool got so hot I stopped several times to let it cool but that blade really held up well.

I've tried so many oscillating blades from all the big name brands, and even the best metal cutting blades only last a couple nails or screws before the teeth wear down or fall off. I've been using one of these for months now at work, and I just recently broke a couple teeth off it. If I avoid that spot, the rest of the teeth are still sharp and go right through all those annoying fasteners you can't pull out or pound in, and can't fit your sawzall to cut. Totally worth the money for anyone who regularly does remodels or demolition.
