The BEST!!!! I love corded tools because tools with batteries don't seem to have the power, and the battery always runs out and you have to stop when you just want to finish. This is powerful, easy to use, and so inexpensive! Don't doubt this, buy it. You won't be sorry.

This is a well made product. I bought this to cut a hole to install a dog door. It went through the door like butter. I was able to cut the hole out in 10 minutes. The tool saved me from hiring a contractor. I have never used a tool like this before. It is very user friendly and easy to use. I highly recommend it.
This tool had a CR score of 91 and was by the most budget friendly option listed. It is is slightly heavy but I'm 74 and it is not a problem. Works great. I'm cutting thru 2x4s quickly ( for an oscillating saw tool) . Blade changes are easy. Highly recommended. Now I've only used mine for a couple of days so I've got no data on longevity.
UPDATED REVIEW MARCH 2023: All of the stories about Avid's outstanding customer service are 100% true. The company stands completely behind their product and is extremely responsive about fulfilling warranty service. I purchased Avid's multitool in March 2021 and had exactly one week left on the warranty when the multitool abruptly refused to turn on. I reported the issue and got a reply from customer service the same day. They asked for a video documenting the failure, which I did, showing that it wouldn't turn on from an outlet that was shown to provide power. Avid sent me a brand new replac
This is a very good versatile tool. If you’re doing the grout in the shower, it does a great job of getting the old grout out.
Update: After my first use of the tool I gabe it 5 stars...well I just knocked it down to 3 stars after use number 2. One of the pins that holds the blades in broke off during normal use and another pin got loose and made it nearly impossible to get the blade out. I was able to use a nail set to hammer it back in far enough to get the blade out. Too bad because otherwise I really liked to tool for the money.ORIGINAL REVIEW:For the price...great.
