Whenever I travel , I always get asked about this jewlery organizer. I bought the same one for my mother in-law. I usually will put mine in an oversized purse or bookbag when traveling. It is lightweight but holds a lot. The zipper is great for keeping everything in and the comparents are great fit for any type of jewlery.
This is great! Normally I am unable to use the travel organizers because my jewelry is not traditional. I have large rings (wide bands) that don’t fit in the ring holder sections and larger hoop earrings. This organizer accommodates them all! I love it!

An excellent idea that needs better execution. I love the idea of being able to see my jewelry when traveling (Otherwise I waste a lot of time hunting for pieces in little pouches!). But I find the plastic sleeves too hard for this purpose, it’s difficult to insert and remove jewelry from them and they crease easily. They’d do better using a softer plastic (like many photo or document albums). In addition, I think making it 1/2 inch thicker would help — some of my posts were bent, even after I’d removed the foam necklace holder to give more space.
