We recently upgraded our travel trailer with new electronics. Being that it is a camper and not our home we were looking for inexpensive yet enjoyable TV and sound but nothing to blow us away with.We elected to pick up a roku enabled 32 inch TV for the bedroom and mounted it to the wall. Summary:Needed an eARC system that fit on my kids desk and took over the the pretty bad speakers off the new LG48" B4 OLED we got them that has really nasally sound. Didn't want anything pricey and robust, just needed a clean and fuller sound. for <$40 this thing is awesome. Voices come out clear. It is entry level though. 2 channels for sound with dual drivers: front drivers offer mid and treble, rear drivers are small woofers designed to act like a third channel offering extra bass through a reflex tube (thank goodness Bose’ original patent expired). Sound over 10w from Hisense GD6 65" is not much better. It was easy to set up with the HDMI ARC. Volume jumps 3 points at a time and there is no way to see where the treble and bass settings are. I didn't see much change and not knowing if it was + or - is frustrating. Customer service is only marginal. It is okay - not worth the hassle for a return. I often stream through my hearing aids and when you mute the mute logo stays on screen - kind of brings you eye to it too often. Option - just turn it off. or up the volume which is not 1, but 3. This sound bar loks good, but does not sound as good as the small speakers I wanted to replace. The theory is great - one smaller device that can be mounted on the monitor to save desk space. But the reality of this devices is that it lacks oomph in the low end, and lacks quality in high end. I'm sure this device will be entirely adequate for a lot of people, but for someone who values the quality of good audio, this one is lacking. It's now back in the box, ready to return.

This was a birthday gift to someone. He really enjoyed it and still uses it to this day. Great product.

Not much base but you should get additional base boost if needed. The speaker gets really loud and sounds great for its size!
