I have used low cost blades in the past and had problems. They normally dont cut clean and wear out quick. These perform well. I got clean cuts and the seem be be durable. They are sharp and hold an edge. This pack will last me a while and its a good value for the price.

Oscillating blades are a wearable item. They're not supposed to last forever so if you do any regular DIY, buying them in a value pack makes a lot of sense. Solid blades for the price! These are pretty generic ones but they are better than the average blades I've purchased on Amazon.The blades work on metal and wood. I've used these to remove nails or screws that were stripped or too difficult to remove with a hammer/nail puller. I've have no issues with removing these.In terms of wood, they work fine on thinner wood but on stud wood, it does take some time and the blades become dull.
