Use Older Blades
My DEWALT 20V MAX XR Oscillating Multi-Tool Kit, Oscillating Tool Accessories, Cordless, 3-Speed, Quick Blade Change, Sand Paper, Blades, Battery and Charger Included (DCS356D1) did not include a way to attach oscillating tool accessories that have a full circle. I'm not sure why some DeWalt kits omit this accessory, but i purchased this Black and Decker kit and it has worked perfectly with my older blades. Moving forward, I will only buy blades that allow me to use the quick change feature.

Fixes Black & Decker Matrix oscillating tool
Bolts on to the tool, rather than replacing the quick release, allowing it to bolt on universal blades. Simple yet effective, but you'll need the hex key (included) to change the blades.

Allows you to use blades from other companies in your B&D tool.
I have the BDCMTO Oscillating Multi-tool Attachment and blades from other companies simply do not fit. This simple screw and washer allow you to use ANY other blade. This is a MUST HAVE accessory. Should be part of the B&D oscillating tool. The screw hole is there already. Guess they want you to use B&D blades.

Flange assembly fits, but not ideal.
The flange assembly was advertised to work with other multi-tools like Dewalt. The flange assembly does fit, but does not work well without unnecessary vibration. Sadly, the flange materials are not included with the Dewalt unit to use third party and better blades. I read and thought this would suffice, but does not.
