It arrived quickly and came in perfect condition.Set up too about an hour, the instructions were good. Customer service is excellent.Itworks great, no fuddlung with it, no steps. This 4way camera is awesome. Works better than expected. I put this on a 36 foot motorhome. Due to the size, not very good side view but as best as can be considering the geometry of the motorhome. I bought an extra 25 foot extension cord. It was perfect for this application.

The first units sd card slot failed do to heat i assume it no longer holds in the sd card making it a expensive solution for only cool months .The sd card also worked only a week after using some cardboard to hold card in then unit said the card failed ,The company reached out to me via email and after hearing my issue promptly replaced the failed unit .They were polite and very professional and better yet they stood behind there poduct that is customer care and the highest of professionalism that is the product and company you want to purchase from .

I love this dash cam! It does everything you want it to do. True 360 degrees of coverage. Parking mode works great and is super simple to use. Also the video quality is spectacular!

Clear footage even in low light. The downside is that you will not be notified on your cellphone if there’s an event. The app only allows you to update the software or view the footage live. You have to take out the memory card and connect it to your laptop to review the footage. I use the 64gb memory card that comes in the package. I had my camera hard wired so it continuously records. Br Careful. After a month of being installed, the camera doesn't automatically start when the car is started. I needed to unplug, and start the car and then use the on/off button. The problem is would have pull the wire out. My review is, be careful with this product. My next dashcam will be wireless.
