    Very disappointed with this purchase. I know exactly what Chanel Bleu smells like from testing it in-store, and the sample I received from this seller is completely off.When I contacted the seller (Pana Beauty) regarding my order to explain that the product didn't match the authentic scent, they showed zero motivation to actually investigate the issue. They simply gave me a generic excuse about different fragrance concentrations and suggested I was confused about what I had used before. While they offered a return if I manually shipped it back via USPS to Grand Prairie, TX, their refusal to ac
