I bought a car from an auction a few months ago. It had a horrible smell. Like a sour smell of rotton, spoiled, spilled, warmed and cooked milk mixed with moldy bread. My ac drain hose was dislodged and let water into my passenger seat of my car. After two weeks I didn’t notice u tilt he musty smell that came. Changed my cabin air filter and wet backed the carpet but it still smelled horrible. I used three damprid container to absorb the excess moisture which it did but the smell was only reduced a tiny bit. I used this product for about 15 hours and then aired out the car. The chlorine smell dissipated after two days and then still smelled the musty smell ever so slightly. It didn’t fully fix my issue but I would have to used another to maybe get the job do

We bought a used car dorm the dealership and it had a odd smell. Let this work for 8 hours then let it air out and tossed some mango tango air freshener in the doors and the car smells great now. The smell only came back when the car got turned on but a cabin filter with carbon fixed that.If you have an issues with smell after this you need one with a bubble to keep the water going. I used this in my car that had a smell of age and it left a chlorine smell for days but I didn't mind. But do not smell this when activated as it will cause lung and throat irritation . (I got curious.) Lol

I was skeptical that this was going to get the smoke smell out. I figured would give it a try. It definitely worked. No more smoke smell. The car does have slight chlorine smell, which I’m sure will go away soon. Either way I would rather have a slight smell of chlorine than cigarettes smoke.

Used in the new-to-me used SUV (used 2 kits - 1 in front, 1 in bk) & it cleared out the smell. When we got the used car, the inside smell was “off”, but didn’t seem like cigarette smoke, but maybe vaping or MJ???Anyway, worked great, easy to use, quick delivery, simple process - just follow directions & use a mask & gloves as needed. Left a chemical smell at 1st, but after airing it out another day, it was good. If I ever have a car odor in the future, I’ll get these again!

definitely smelled like chlorine dioxide when it was finished. Left in small truck cab for over 12 hours. Did not eliminate mildew smell. I ordered this because I could get it fast but Superstratum labs, at almost the same amount, completely fixed my entire convertible inside, so i thought this would do the job in a smaller space.It did help somewhat—just not 100%

Unfortunately I wasn’t aware I needed two for my vehicle with it being a large van so I did use this in the front end hoping it would help the captains chairs at least but it didn’t change anything I’m thinking I should have waited and got another one. I won’t say it doesn’t work considering I only used one. It activated quick and started doing its thing so I’ll have to try with two for the next attempt. I have no doubts on its effectiveness I just was working with way too much space for the product to work effectively.
