READ ME FOR HOW TO RE-THREADED THE NEEDLEChristopher H.
Ok.... This is a 5 star device with one acception - the directions on how to re-thread the needle are non-existant. So my frustration becomes your saving grace, you're welcome internet friends. Looking at the machine with the trigger button facing you, the thread comes down the chrome plate on the left, then goes from left to right through the hole in the needle. Pull about 3 inches through the needle and just let it dangle off to the right side. DO NOT PUT THE THREAD UNDER THE FOOT!!! (check the pic I attached) Next, fold a piece of paper towel in half and run it through the machine like norm

The instructions that came with this item are so poorly written it useless. We tried to thread it countless times with no luck. Seems like a well built little machine, but no instructions on how to use included tools, belt and oil. What is written is gibberish. Maybe if they spent a few dollars on technical publication this wouldn’t be “a frequently returned item.”
