Trying to get refund or replace but nobody can help

My refrigerator arrived with a broken shelf and a dent in the front of it. The dent wasn't very big so I decided I would keep the unit and have Galanz send me a replacement shelf. After several calls and emails Galanz offered to send me $10 for the dent and a replacement shelf. That was almost 3 weeks ago and i have received NOTHING. I called them before I wrote this review and was told that the "shelves" were on backorder with no ETA. My major regret was throwing the box and packing material away. First off, at the time of writing this review- the fridge is 175 dollars at Walmart vs the 338 dollars listed here (probably exclusive to Walmart). After just ordering a Midea mini fridge and having to return it do to excessive noise and short cycling on day 1 of receiving it- I repurchased one of these fridges after an old one had conked out over the years.
