We absolutely love this stove. A couple of highlights, the automatic shut off if the flame goes out. My old stove would keep pushing out gas as if it was still lit. And my favorite part is the easy cleaning! Not sure what the aluminum is covered with, if it even is, but you don’t need a scrubby to clean the stove top. Only a dish cloth and water and soap and no matter how caked on spills are, they come right off. No scrubbing or elbow grease needed. One thing to note : do NOT ever use a scrubby. I did at fist and within seconds i realized it was scratching the metal. But again, scrubbing isn’t

So excited for my new gas top stove. It fit perfect. Haven’t had time to do a major meal but what has been cooked has been enjoyed. The stainless top wipes up easily.

I have used this cooktop for 2 years now in a marine environment and absolutely love it! I've been a huge fan of gas cooktops since I learned to cook at a restaurant in my youth, but my access to them at home has been limited. I added propane to my boat for this cooktop so that I could have an option for cooking besides electric. The size of the cooktop was accurately documented, and it was a drop-in install, including all parts needed other than the supply hose from the tank(s). I have the stainless finish - I don't think the black was available then - but I have had no issues with corrosion

Received the unit and was immediately impressed with the quality of the cooktop. Solid knobs and solid stems. Something ours failed on. Huge upgrade. Very easy to install. And the elements are by far better at providing a hit cooking flame. The overall look is fantastic and the central burner is the showpiece. We will use the cast iron accessory and is is heavy enough to hold a good temp so it makes searing a breeze. For the price we are amazed at the quality. Some others reported issues but those must be factory anomalies in the cast iron because this seems superior to all in the 500-1200 dol

Our previous cooktop was a ceramic glass gas cooktop which we loved because of the easy cleanup. The grate dropped on the top and cracked the glass, so our first choice was going to be another ceramic top.Both my wife and I cook and host many large parties and worked in the service industry and are always looking for quality and durability. Looks great , but I feel like I cannot control the temp as well. It seems to not have a low enough setting for keeping things warm or simmering.
