I was a little wary when I bought this. It was not very expensive, so I was afraid it would be really flimsy and cheap. And I had never hard of a burner that was 200K BTU. I just assumed that was a typo. After all, I think most home stove burners top out at 10K or 12K or so. But I had a need, so I have it a try. And I am just so pleased.It is ROCK SOLID sturdy and well made. it was easy to set up. And WOW does it put out a massive amount of heat. I have not got a chance to use this stove yet. My 5 start is for packaging. This is one of the few items that could handle the delivery companies abuse, being it's solid and heavy. The packaging it came in was outstanding. Hats off to this company. I bought this stove to can my produce outside, so not to heat my house this summer. The stove is perfect size to fit my large bath canner and pressure cooker. So far I am very pleased. I will update after a season of canning. Looking forward to it.

I bought this for making maple syrup. Overall it works very well. My only complaint is probably just my own fault. For maple syrup where you're running this for a long time, running it on high uses a LOT of propane and isn't really necessary for a good boil off. Also on high the flame wraps up around the sides of the pot which can lead to charred sugar which colors the syrup. As a result I turn it down quite a bit. Used it to brew some beer today as well as for running a pressure canner yesterday. It is easy to control the temperature, and the large diameter burner does a good job of spreading out the heat evenly.
