Not as easy as the description mentions. It’s not very safe due to manually picking up the foot. I tried to used it for less than 30 seconds to sew waist band. It was difficult trying to lift the foot and put the material under to try to sew. It wasn’t easy to sew with one hand. Only put in one or two stitches and had an issue getting the sewing machine from the material.
It was a birthday gift for my niece, she loved this!
This product was not given to me free, I actually purchased it. It comes with a nice carrying case and plenty of "extras" but the actual sewing machine is very poor quality - unusable.
I bought this device to repair a seam in a pair of pants and couldn't get it to work. It was difficult to position the needle on the seam while holding the seam together and then operate the machine. I ended up repairing the seam with a needle and thread instead. Getting the thread routed through the machine and onto the needle is also difficult. The video they post here runs in fast motion so I couldn't see how it was done without freezing the frames. This device might work well for hems at the end of pants legs, but not for repairing seams.
