Hoyle Classic Board Game Collection 1 [Download]

I've played older versions of this game and really enjoy it, so I thought I'd download the 'new' version to see if any improvements had been made. HOWEVER, the manufacturer of this game lost the rights to the 'hoyle' name, so no longer support it. When you install, they ask you to enter a serial number, which Amazon includes with the download, however, because the company no longer supports this product, the serial number won't work, and the game will exit. Contacting their customer support was not helpful, they just told me the game wasn't supported and advised I buy another similar product f

Product downloaded fine, but install wanted an activation key, and the one provided in the email gave invalid serial number, so product is unusable. This has been reported to Amazon, and hopefully they will remove this seller from their website.

Had the Hoyle programs (games and cards) earlier, and really loved to play them. This downloadable product, however, is disappointing if you're using Windows 10. Some games don't work, so it's not really worth the money.

Pretty basic games, not very glitzy, just an old fashioned set of board games. Ok for 5 bucks. Works fine in Windows 7, no go in Windoze 10. It does not claim to work in 10, so no big deal. I tried compatibility mode for Win XP, Vista, 7 and 8, all with no success.

ENCORE NO LONGER SUPPORTS THIS GAME.After jumping through hoops getting it downloaded, upon opening the program it asked for an Activation Pin (provided when I purchased the game). The Activation Code given is INVALID and WILL NOT WORK. I contacted customer service and they told me Encore no longer supports this game. Anyone downloading it will be wasting their money and (after an hour at my computer & half a days time waiting for a response from customer service) very disappointed..

The game when I load goes to a page that says enter serial number and there is no serial number that was given. I can't play the game so if you can't provide me with a serial number to load the game then I want my money back. This is what I do I start the load and get Authorization request code: ACFD-C065-9678-45F9, then I get activation code6626-VFNN-2PVC-2MF4 and then it asks for the Serial Number?????
