    Good solid simple machine.

    Great customer service. A nice simple machine no electronics to give grief. This replaced my Brother machine (a gift) after it kicked out the entire bobbin mechanism, it had a bunch of of decorative stitches that I never used. This is my second Viking machine (the first is 30 years old) I am happy with it.
