We also bought 600 gram desiccant packs (five of them) and distributed them throughout the freezer. So far, no frost buildup. The temperature seems to stay steady. I bought this based on size and product name (Igloo) reputation. It was easy to move with a second person. Well packaged for shipping and arrived upright. I plugged it in and let it come to temp overnight by choice. It was ready in an hour tho. I thought I'd have to place it in the basement or garage but the size fits perfect in my kitchen, yay!
