    This machine does not come assembled. You have to put it together.

    Customer service was excellent. I had some questions about the description of the Juki and how I revived it. This machine does not come assembled. You have to put it together. They did offer a phone number and some YouTube videos. Me and my husband put it together and it works great.

    Came in Three different packages but shipped fast and packaged well. All assembly was required which I just watched YouTube videos. This machine is the absolute best!!! I love it I love it I love it.

    Assembling The Table Was Not Easy

    Contrary to some reviews, it wasn't easy to find instructions of assembling the table. Nothing of the sort came in the package. Unfortunately, Juki doesn't provide it either. I looked around online and it took about 3 days to completely set up the table. If you are not good at assembling something, consider purchasing this sewing machine from a dealer, who can set up the table and deliver it to you, so that the only thing you need to do before sewing is to mount the sewing machine and the motor on top of the table. Dealers charge you few hundreds of dollars more, but it may worth for some peop

    Looks very difficult to assemble, boxes arrived oil stained and torn. There is no parts list, no instructions, a nightmare
