***UPDATE***The customer service agent I originally contacted was fired, a new customer service agent contacted me and helped me with a replacement hard drive, I was able to easily replace the old hard drive with the new one and the PC is working again as expected. I am running Ubuntu on the new hard drive and the PC works even better than it did with windows on it. The TPM 2.0 is useful because with Ubuntu 26.04, one can use LUKS encryption with it, making a nice, headless remote PC for things like Pihole, Proxmox, Docker VMs, and other items, while giving peace of mind of disk encryption. This little mini is quite capable and quiet. If you get it on sale it is a great little pc for media and light gaming. The only downside really is the included ssd. They should have included a faster m.2 drive instead. They could have done so for maybe a cost of 5-10 dollars more at most. So when I got this I wasn't quite happy with the ssd performance.
