Sprayed it on paper and got the waxy iris and some kind of vanilla in the background...nice, but I wasn't blown away. I let the paper sit while I ate dinner and watched youtube videos...smelling it every now and then. It pretty much stayed the same on paper...that dry waxy iris with some bright citrus and vanilla...very nice.Then I went to take a shower and get cleaned up, after doing the "Triple-S" I decided to try two sprays of "Asad-Z" on chest. Immediately got a creamy vanilla on skin as the scent wafted up to my nose/face. Then the bright Iris hit. I wasn't waxy like it smelled on paper!!

"Luxurious tropical" is a description I've seen online, and it's accurate. So far the only "coconut" fragrance I've ever found that not only actually delivers, but delivers all day. Wonderfully rich vanilla/coconut fragrance, it stands out in my fairly decent collection. Good summer fragrances are hard to find, so this one's very nice. Now, performance seems to be poor, like it doesn't last for long. Overspray a bit on clothing and hair to make it pop, but with the following warning - you'll get 4 good hours out of it in an office environment, which I think matches the price rather accurately.

Now this stuff smells really good. I got it for my husband. It’s lightweight almost woodsy candy smell. I don’t know how else to explain it. It’s just a very nice not to overwhelming smell just fresh. The bottle appears expensive.

Definitely a great fragrance. It just has this slight babyish smell on the opening spray but the dry down is absolutely amazing. I think my bottle needs to mature a bit and then I’ll get the full experience. The bottle looks nice too and it projects like a monster. It’s lasted on my wrist for 10+.

When I read vanilla, coconut, and spicy, I was expecting something a little warmer, maybe even gourmand. Definitely not a gourmand scent, though. It's long-lasting (I was still getting comments 4ish hours into my workday on the smell). This scent definitely leans more on the powdery fresh, cotton, and floral vanilla notes. To me, this has a strong "soapy" note with an almost "cooling" effect that lingers for hours--it would make a great laundry detergent or deodorant. If you wear this, it will leave you smelling "clean," but one spray too many and it will be overwhelming for you and the people
