I don't write reviews but I just got this today. Ordered it last night. Came with V15 Firmware already. The speaker isn't bad. I'm used to Dexed and have a Yamaha Reface DX and am very familiar with the DX-7. This is great. A pocket DX-7 and then some. For $80 I can have some fun in my recliner or hook it up to a real keyboard. Just fun and feels very well made. Can't wait to blue tooth in to the living room sound.

Overall a decent synth however the white model I got has black writing on black keys which makes it near impossible to see what the buttons are. Others seem to be white on black.. bit disappointed on that poor design choice.

An excellent item! Well-built, loads of features available in much expensive portable synths. With price below $75 USD, you cannot go wrong with it. Company released a new update just one day after I bought it and this update made the synth even more versatile. If you like to play with various synths, go get it. Did I already say for this price you just can't go wrong? Unlike many other products from China, this one comes with a detailed manual, though too small to read but you can download the PDF manual from the website. All in all, I love it.

OK, it's not a DX7 in a much smaller case. But the one I bought sounded like that...until I decided to make it do something no DX7 could ever do.I opened up the filter.The DX7, of course, never had one. But in all honesty, this box has the sound that Yamaha teased before the filterless product hit the sales floor back in the mid-1980s. And also, it can go much further than the DX7 in terms of sequencing and related functions. I need to check some things with mine, but I recall one point during my initial out of the box explorations where I had the ability to sequence the step-to-step portament

Good little synthesizer. I owned a DX7 in the 90’s and this was an inexpensive and fun to play little box. Great addition to my mini-synth collection.

This little things is AMAZING! I never thought that a little device that is the fraction of the cost of a Aira(I own all of them) that was never on my radar would be so much fun and finally allow me to learn FM synthesis.
