    Buyer beware

    Very poor machine. I have been sewing for nearly 60 years and this has to be the worst machine I have encountered. I sent the first one back. The replacement was not much better. Timing goes astray, needle jams then breaks, bobbin causes immense tangles. Bobbin is difficult to seat correctly and one has to remove the base storage unit to get to the bobbin. Bobbin does not eind thread uniformly causing problems when using the irregularly wound bobbin. You get the picture. I cannot rely on this machine. I am loathe to start a project, dreading the forseeable troubles. I just ordered a replacemen

    I bought this on Christmas for my wife. It has been a great machine she has loved I and already spent a lot of hours on it, it’s easy to use and to learn on it and also seems to be very durable
