This is a new product and I took a chance and ordered it. This is an awesome smoothie blender! I returned a previous blender that had a bunch of parts, the plastic rings kept breaking. I found that you can order a blender with a permanent ring (lasts the life of the blender). We absolutely love this smoothie blender and it is well worth the money! No rings to replace, no leaks! I love this machine!! I make my fruit and yogurt smoothies every morning. I have some serious heart issues and Omega 3 fatty acids are extremely important for me. Chia seeds and flax seeds are very rich in omega 3’s, BUT… in order for the digestive track to be able to extract these beneficial nutrients, they must be pulverized. Terrible performance. Won’t chop frozen fruit as advertised and barely blends the pea protein powder. Leaves a gritty texture to the smoothy.

Amazing! Frozen fruits blended to perfection. Cup locks in place so you do not have to hold it down to blend. Powerful motor with an automatic shut-off after about 15 seconds. Suction cups on the base hold firmly to the counter. I returned a Ninja for this and have zero regrets.

I am very happy with this Nutribullet so far! I’ve used it a few times for single serve smoothies/protein shakes, and everything seems to be blended thoroughly, with no leftover chunks. I actually like the little suction cups on the bottom to prevent sliding around, relatively easy storage, and is pretty quick at blending.
