Back is harder to take off for batteries than original remote
These are awesome. Worked for all TCL and Hisense smart/roku tv's in my home. I love that It's easier to find the remote under my covers even and much more difficult to lose with the skins they stand out more and easier to locate. Plus the skins actually really do glow in the dark. If it's dark I can see it easier to turn on the TV and have light before I get off my bed or couch to make it to the light switch. It's a very good deal. No programing required at all even though i use on multiple TV brands. Not like old TV remotes to program. Pop the batteries . Requires 2 ,AAA batteries. The back

works with Roku TV's but not with Roku Soundbars
worked great with my TCL Roku TV. Didn't have to pair, it just worked right out of the bag it came in. I took off one star because when I searched on whether it could control my Onn Smart Soundbar with built in Roku, the answer came back with it would. It will not, but it does control my TCL Roku TV and I happy with that especially because of the low price.

This remote gets the job done. It is cheap and effective. Exactly like the original remote. I got the white remote and it's ten times easier to see the buttons. I no longer lose the remote because of the color and the case. The case does glow in total darkness.Setup was easy, just insert battery and turn the TV on.

I don't know what it is, but these remotes are low-key terrible. You have to SMASH the buttons like the HULK in order to get into register.

Just added batteries and both remotes worked with my ROKU tv, no messing about, no hunting for codes. I would've added they worked right out of the box, but I couldn't, they were shipped to me in a ziploc bag. I know they are not expensive delicate instruments and only cheap plastic remotes, but come on Amazon, use a box for this kind of stuff....
