This is the superstar of heating pads for neck, shoulder, and back pain! It is lightly weighted so it doesn't slide around, and hugs neck and shoulders. For a 5'10" tall person it extends down the back to below waist. Easy to adjust the temperature, and turns off after and hour, which is helpful if you fall asleep. Soft, comfortable fabric.

It does the job for me and I really enjoy using it while I have a flare up or my period every month. I really appreciate how long the cord is so I’ve been able to use it around the kitchen! It’s easy to throw in the laundry and wash it. Recently, I had to use it for my tummy because my normal one broke due to wiring faulty. While I was waiting for the new one to come in, it was useful! I really like how it only goes up to 90 minutes and it shuts off by itself. I tend to use it then I pass out while using it so I don’t have to worry about burning myself. Plus, VERY SOFT! 9.8/10!

Fantastic heating pad! This heating pad is so large that I can use it from the top of my neck down to my lower back (below the natural waist line and I'm about 5'4"). It heats up so fast and the multiple heating levels are great. The timer is also a great feature in the event you forgot and leaving it on sleeping. I had another heating pad that had multiple hours on the timer, this has only 30, 60, or 90 minutes (which was the reason I deducted a star, not on performance.This is also so soft and very pliable should you need to fold this up to use it. This is really great to begin with. It has now quit working. After just over 2 months. For the price this should last longer than 2 months. I now have to replace it.EDIT - After reading this review the company reached out and requested to do what they could to remedy this problem. They asked for a video of the problem and once reviewed they offered to replace the pad. I really appreciate the attention they paid to the issue and willingness to fix the problem. I have adjusted the review to represent this.

It’s soft and comfortable. It heats up beautifully. It has a timer, which is nice. The cord is long enough for my needs.

I tried this heating pad right after it arrived. It works. It heats the neck, shoulder and back just as the seller said it would. I read in the reviews by one person that said theirs did not heat the shoulder and I really needed mine to heat my aching shoulder. I am so grateful the one I received worked.I am thankful I can secure it around my chest and waist for an even better fit. I am 5' 6" tall and I ordered the XLG. I loved this heating pad. Two years to the date of purchase I start getting error codes. I’ve unplugged and restarted it 5 times in the last 24 hours. This heating pad has been to various hospitals, and states with me. I have sickle cell and experience a lot of pain in my back. I’m very sad it is experiencing technical difficulties, not in love with the max 90 minutes shut off but the 150 degrees help.
