Some of the reviews mention connection or sound issues but guess I got a golden pair cause I don't have any of those problems. I had a pair of KZ Pros and couldn't get them to fit or stay comfortable so was looking good for other options. Found these and decided to give them a try.Connection is solid with little or no delay (using the dongle). They're comfortable and the ANC works great. Set up was easy, dongle to usb-c port, connected. Fit was snug ans comfy with the stock ear tipsWhile gaming and having them connected to the phone works good if I get any calls as it's seamless.Only complaint

These things have a light buzzing sound on ANC mode in the left ear bud, sound quality and latency is really good, however the battery life is like 3-4.5 hours on a full charge. Also, kind of buggy when switching to other ear buds, you need to go into the sound settings each time to switch defaults. Not worth the hype for PC, were definitely designed for xbox. Changed to 1 star because the website claims free returns, then seller makes you pay for return label.

This earbuds did exactly what i was hoping for, to get rid of the bulky ear muffs from my old wireless headset for my xbox which was totally killing my ears from the heat from where i live , the artics earbuds are super comfortable, the app is easy to use and pair the with the console and phone all at once. Battery life states they last around 8 hours but ive managed to get well over 10 hours from a single play run plus about 5 days use from the case charge alone... Yeah i dont regret buying them. Also they are already presets for different games on the app that accomodate for the games sound

I took a chance on these and while I will say I have had a much more positive experience with them than most reviews, these earbuds were literally THEE most complicated and confusing electronic product I've ever had to sync or connect to in my entire life.First connecting them to my laptop to get them updated, there's nothing on the arctis site that tells you which computer app to download, I had to search in Google for which version of the seven different computer apps I needed to download. Then connecting them to my computer was a nightmare just trying to connect them with the USB didnt work

I’m an audio engineer and music producer, so I won’t use any audio devices if they don’t sound pristine. I was VERY surprised by these earbuds! Right out of the box, they’re not super impressive because they come with a factory flat EQ. They have tons of presets for specific games, but I highly recommend EQing your own custom sound. Once I did that, the bass response was huge, the highs were crisp, and it didn’t have any muddiness in the low-mids and mids. These earbuds are comfortable and have good sound overall. (I don't use the SteelSeries software so they could quite likely be even better.)They can connect via bluetooth or the included dongle and switching between the modes is easy. I am able to have them connected to my PC via the dongle and my phone via bluetooth at the same time. While I am not able to use both devices simultanesouly (could be a me problem) if I receive a phone call while gaming it does play ring sound in the earbuds and I am able to switch / answer quickly. I've had these SteelSeries earbuds for about two months now, and overall they're okay. Unfortunately, most of the concerns mentioned in previous reviews are still present.The case design is mediocre at best. The earbuds frequently have charging issues, often requiring me to remove and reinsert them multiple times and wipe off the charging pins before they finally start charging. After a day I can say these are pretty awesome. They feel even better in my ears than airpods. The sound is good with many profiles to choose from. The setup was weird because it definitely needed an update but after that they work great.The lid on the case is the only flimsy part I'm concerned about.
