These outlet cutters are made of strong steel and have a strong powder coat finish to prevent rust. The blades are adequately sharp for drywall, but not so sharp they are a danger in your tool bag. They fit my 2022 Ryobi oscillating tool well. The kit comes with two options, one gang outlet and two gang outlet. I’ve been testing this set of drywall outlet cutters, and while it gets the job done and the cutout size is correct, the performance leaves a bit to be desired.​It works, but it is noticeably slower than expected. You have to wait a long time to finish a single cut because it just doesn't hog through the gypsum very quickly. The initial start is especially hard because the cutting edge is not that sharp, causing the tool to skip initially and scratch up the outer drywall surface a bit before it finally bites in and starts tracking. It works if you're patient, but it requires a very steady hand
