This versatile machine acts as both a spindle sander and a belt sander, oscillating up to 58 times per minute with a 5/8-inch stroke. This package includes five different spindle sanding sizes (1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1-1/2 inch and 2 inch) and one 4 x 24 inch belt. Really good value for a bench sander that has lasted for years. I use this for all sorts of projects, even sharpening tools and it works well. Good power, and not too heavy. I like the design. Fit’s well in small workshops.
Nice little machine, just what I was hoping for. The dust collection works better than I expected with my shopvac hookup. Table adjusted nicely to 90 degrees and it sands things nice and flat. Only problem is that I accidentally vaccuumed up the nut needed to thighten the cyclindrical sanders and it is not a standard size you can buy at Menards. Not sure what it is.
Works well. There are many of these with different names of brands on them. Quieter than expected and dust connections great. Holds alignment well.
Works well, now just have to find a place to store it when not in use.
The Wen Sander arrived and I began using immediately. Like most of the Wen products I use its not fancy but works and is reliable. I have used this on numerous projects and makes the projects a lot easier to complete. I would suggest buying replacement belts with the machine because I do like have a variety of grit selection for what I am using it for.
Easy to set up and easy to use. One of Wen's best products.
