WiiM Sound Lite Smart Speaker, Multi-Room Wireless Speaker, Black

The WiiM Sound Lite is everything I wanted my SONOS to remain. Simple, straightforward multi-room streaming audio. Unlike SONOS, the WiiM app just works, local media playback just works, and frankly it's a heck of a lot cheaper. Here's the kicker: WiiM doesn't have problems with Ubiquiti Networks, and they work with some on WiFi and some on Gig-E and don't lose their ever streaming minds! I'm not an audiophile, so while they sound great for my purposes (primarily relaxing background music) - they may not suit you. I Love these speakers, and plan on ejecting SONOS from my home forthwith!

These look and sound great. I bought 3 Sound Lites and 2 Minis. One of the Minis connects to an outdoor speaker, the other to a bathroom speaker. I knew there'd be some sync issues, and sure enough, I was right.I was coming up with all sorts of elaborate schemes for compensating for this, when I found an auto sync feature in settings. I’ll start by saying I love Wiim. I have their amp ultra and really enjoy the system I’m building out with their products.I added two sound lite speakers to work as surround sound with my JBL82s in my living room, primarily used for music, but also connected to the tv. This setup is NO JOKE, wow. It’s like I’m hearing music for the first time every time I turn them on.The only gripe I have is they echo (for a few seconds, every 15-30 mins) when connected to the tv. I’ve had echo issues once or twice while listening to music, but it happens nearly every time I’m watching tv. It’s not the worst

Excellent little speaker, I added this one to make a stereo pair and linked them with the software. The produce an extent soundstage and have plenty of bass. I combined them with a WiiM Ultra and they work well with the TV and cd player.I do wish they would run the streaming apps on the unit natively instead of the stream app on the phone and sending it by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to the Ultra.

Great value and quality for the price!

I had heard good things about WiiM streamers, but wanted a new speaker in my office. This thing ROCKS. It sounds great at all volumes, connects with virtually every audio streaming service, and is even compatible with Google Cast, Room, DLNA, and more. They have a native Home Assistant integration which works great as well.Looks wise it's fairly understated; I went with white to not stand out in my home, but I imagine the black ones would look nice as well.

You would think it has voice control for $200 plus. Alexa has it for only $100. Guess what?I read about how to connect this device up to Alexa and everything was all ready to set it up. I started talking to it and guess what? No microphone. $247 and no microphone for voice commands.It requires a little remote that you have to carry around with it to be able to control it by voice.
