    The Protection is fine, 2 of 3 FireSticks have Critical Issues

    Well the 3 year protection plan for the Gen 3 FireTV Stick may be fine, but I bought 2 FireSticks, 1 worked great, the other wouldn’t turn on after the FireStick was turned off for more than an hour or so and it kept locking up. I had an Amazon Mgr that was Extremely Rude and Condescending to me handling the matter. Everyone else was reasonable but the FireStick was unable to work properly.I canceled the Insurance, returned the FireStick and had to order another. The New FireStick replacement had the same problem. Just won’t turn on if much time elapses. To turn on I have to unplug it and plug

    Waste of time and money

    They won't live up to their promises they say they'll replace your item for 3 years that's a bunch of bull. Took this on my Fire tablet and when it came time to you use the protection plan they did absolutely nothing. Kept telling me the new tablet was on the way and months went by and they just sent me an email telling me that they canceled my order because supposedly they're not available anymore. But yet you can look it up and search for it and they have fire tablets on their site for sale. The new one might not have been the same color but that didn't really matter to me but they never off
