I love the refrigerator in general, except for the one thing that sold me on it in the first…the craft ice maker. When it works it’s great. The problem is it doesn’t work most of the time. I have done all the trouble shooting. Sometimes that works, most times it does not. The problem is you don’t know if resetting worked for at least 24 hours. That’s how long it takes to make the ice even when it is working well. I would not buy this product.

LG is the worst company to deal with if the product has a Problem. My LG refrigerator was known as defective. Class action suits were filled and LG pretending to help sends service tech that provides to fix it. The LG sertified service Tech was at my house 5 times in less than 6 month time. Each time losing all the food in the fridge. Instead replacement they gave me 1/4 the value. Avoid LG at all cost. There are other companies that values there patrons a lot better. Lucky-Golden is not Lucky nor Golden. They should have named them self BC Bad Company... They are bad.

Beware LG claims to warranty their compressor for 10 years but quoted me $631 flat fee for the labor to replace the compressor that failed before the 10 years. Basically they pay for the parts allegedly but take advantage of you with their offensively high "labor cost". If under warranty, it should fully be covered but it is not. SCAM!
