We're using this for more structured exercises for homeschooling our kids. We're primarily using it with our older kids who are 4, 6 & 8 and they've enjoyed it quite a lot.

Great book to use for physical education classes for kids

I'm terrible at coming up with PE exercises for my kids. This book is FABULOUS! If you're a homeschooler or a parent of a child with special needs, this is the book you can come to and make plans from. Super quick reading, easy to combine exercises, and tons of useful tips.

Pictures were very helpful and great instructions on how to do all of the exercises . Great book! I am a Physical Educational teacher and this is a great resource.

I am glad I purchased this book. It has great ideas for games and exercises to use with your students. I used some of the game ideas at a family picnic we had. You won't regret buying it.

I had great hopes for this book being useful but was unable to use any of the games for elementary age kids because they just didn't work. The greatest source for games that I found was on Pinterest

Great ideas...well classified, the activities are easy to find by theme, by index. Great resource for PE teacher.
