This is a DS-2CD2685FWD-IZS but is a white-labeled product, which means you can get this cheaper than the DS-2CD2685FWD-IZS *and* you can get support from this seller for this item and not have to deal with Hikvision directly.The camera was as described and worked great, including the varifocal zoom and plugged right in and worked with my Hikvision NVR. Outside of the missing branding, brown box and non-Hikvision model number reported on the System page, this is 100% a DS-2CD2685FWD-IZS.Seller was "J B2B Solution" and provided firmware upgrade quickly after I requested it, and the upgrade work

Bad Experience
Don't buy camera from this seller, you will be stuck with camera that does not work as advertised. I had bought one of their license plate reader camera. They refused to return my money back after I had returned the camera. Now they have their camera and also my money.
