Simply put, extremely pleased with the product and the customer service. I experienced a problem with one of my camera about a month after installation. I contacted customer service and they asked that I try a few things. After applying their suggestions, it was deemed that the camera was not functioning per their specifications. I was expecting maybe a little more sharpness, though I haven’t downloaded the video yet and played it back on a bigger screen.
