After changing our deck boards, the concrete ramp was too high by about 1/8". I had to trim that down for a width of about 1" and a length of 36 inches. This certainly was not as fast as a grinder would have been, but it did get the job done for far less expense than renting a grinder, and also allowed me to get in to some tight corners. It was almost frustratingly slow compared to a grinder, and it took a very long time to cut down the rocks that were in the concrete, but it did get the job done and there was not enough wear to the tools to be of concern. I never found a need for the half arch. The pointed tongue is very good for removing mortar between bricks. I have reordered a lot of the tongues.

I wish i had discovered this product sooner!! They last and last. Although they are designed for grout removal I found out that they’re great for woodworking as they act as a rasp and are great for removing epoxy blobs— saves a lot of sandpaper! The small pointed one has carborundum on both sides so you can place it between two pieces of wood that don’t match perfectly and in a few seconds that problem is solved. They’re great.

I bought the assortment of multi-tool blades to clean out grout lines and to grind down old thinset during a repair of a tiled area that had problems. They worked very well. They were easy to control and didn't cut too fast or too slowly.
