Surprisingly great for the money. Connects pretty quickly (about 10 seconds), and connects every time without fail. Screen is decently bright and has zero lag. Backup camera works great as well. The ONLY issue I have with this unit is the built in DAC, and the lack of gain control. The DAC is terrible, and the lack of gain control means that the overall volume is significantly quieter than what the system is capable of. It worked well but after a few months the unit will freeE and power down and gets into a shut down/restart cycle that won’t resolve unless I unplug it from power. Then it will work for a bit and start over with the restart cycle. I end up not using it but I’m outside the return window

I really like this unit. I drive a van for a competitive drum and bugle corps, and the van did not have CarPlay. This has been a great solution, and it is much less expensive than buying an in-dash stereo with a pop-out screen. The mount that comes with it uses 3M tape, and I didn't want to use that on a van that isn't mine. I ordered a suction cup mount instead, and it works well. The only problem is that it blocks the dash cam. It would be great if there was a firmware update that allows you to flip the image on the screen, so that you could rotate the unit and have the dash cam at the botto
