    Remote is defective

    I bought this as a backup to my 1st remote. I believe I received a defective product. I can pair the remote just fine with my cube, however it does not stay connected. The batteries seem to become loose easily even with the back on. If I take the back off, the batteries pop out without prompting. To get the remote to work again, I have to turn the batteries & these are brand new batteries. Then the remote becomes wonky & doesn't do what is commanded sometimes as well. The remote sometimes doesn't turn the volume up when wanted or flip through screens. On top of all of this, the remote got lost
