Got this a few days ago and have already used it several times. Made paninis, grilled chicken, and even some veggies on it — everything came out great. The ceramic non-stick plates work really well and food doesn't stick at all, which also makes cleanup super easy. The temperature control is a useful feature, you can actually adjust the heat rather than just on/off. Heats up quickly and cooks evenly across the plate. This Panini press is my husband's favorite utensil. The directions are precise and this press is easy to use. In fact, we use it at least 3 times a week. It is well made and the clean up does not take long. The size is right and one can place 5 burgers to cook at the same time.

A sturdy, practical product. The fact that the plates aren't removable didn't bother me much. It's a simple but high-quality product, easy to clean. Good quality for the price. I haven't had any problems so far. The only issue is that when I use thick bread, I have to hold it with my hand to prevent it from sliding forward. There's a red button-like thing on the back for that, but I haven't figured out how to use it, and I was too lazy to read the instructions :) Heat level control is useful.

Works great. I've made about a dozen sandwiches over 3 meals. Sandwiches do tend to slide when closing the top. Other than that, it's a great value panini press.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It has temperature control, it opens so I can use it as a grill, is easy to clean, quality is really good.

Worked great for about a month then the plastic hinges broke apart. Maybe a great home item, if you don't have teenagers.

I’ve probably have bought and used at least a dozen grills mostly George Forenan over my life. I use them daily so they get a lot of use. Generally I’m lucky to get a year out of them before the food starts to stick or the grill plates look worn. This grill in my opinion has exceeded my expectations. Grills everything to my liking without sticking. Will see how it does a year from now but love it so far.
