Bought this for my kitchen. It’s well made & look good. The step on pedal that opens the lid is a great feature.Closes slowly when you remove your foot off the peddle. Easy to keep clean. The inner pail is removable for washing. I would recommend this purchase

Very nice garbage can for my kitchen. Love the design. Looks very sturdy. I like the wide stepping device and it opens and closes quietly. Though it’s supposed to be stainless, because it’s black and the lid is black plastic, it looks plastic. But I like the humble look and price.I gave this four stars because the sizing is all wrong. Half the size of a typical trash can, but perfect for what we want. Doesn’t damage the walls because the lid mechanism isn’t on the exterior

I use this as a food bin for my indoor cats, keeps the food handy near the feeding station but in a way that the cats can't get at it because of the lid. A great item and an excellent value.

Easy to use, sturdy, and looks nice! I bought this for a friend's new apartment. As others indicated, it seems to work great with 13 gallon bags. Since it's black, it blends in nicely tucked in against a cabinet. I like that it's metal and not cheap-looking plastic.
