These are awesome!! The sound is great, and I love the mic mute feature, they are super comfortable and not too hot to wear.

I previously purchased the Xbox version of this headset and loved it, however, the PS5 version has constant “popping” or interference coming through along with the audio. Obviously very distracting, and not what you’re looking for out of a new headset. Really great headset

It was HELL! to make it work on a PC. Product lacks of clear documentation and even the videos on youtube from the manufacturer arent very clear. It took me at least 2 hours to understand how to make it work on the PC.Once it worked the sound was amazing, ear comfort is superb, product features were excellent. Only downside is that product lacks of support, application to update the firmware doesnt even work correctly.First thing to know is that the USB dongle has a button to switch modes where the blue led is xbox or PS5 mode and the white led is for the PC. These are much better than the sony Playstation ones. They are more comfortable, sleek, the noise cancelation is better, I am glad I decided to try them.

Been using it them only on PC and have never had an issue. No idea what other reviewers seem to be complaining about.

Edit: Lowering my review. After a few weeks I'm now encountering connection issues where the dongle thinks the headset is in Playstation mode, so it won't connect to my PC. Absolutely do not get this headset for PC use.I'd give this a 3.5 but I'll round up to 4.The ergonomics aren't great. The headband is hard foam, but has a triangular shape that causes the weight to be concentrated so its not the most comfortable.
