I bought this GPU a while back as part of my first build, and it’s been an excellent choice. Even in 2025, it can run games at 1440p high or ultra settings without any issues. Under intense load, the temperatures remain steady at 70-80 degrees Celsius, never reaching 90. The build quality is impressive, although the lights tend to show a yellow tint instead of white, if you're a fan of white. The noise level becomes noticeable under heavy load, but it’s not a problem during normal use or when playing games with gameplay noise.

So far, my experience with the seller and the product has been very pleasant. I’m always hesitant when purchasing used electronics, but I can safely say that so far, I do not have any reason to regret this purchase. Not going to lie, I got really nervous when I saw the numerous negative reviews for the seller. I began to worry that if I installed this GPU and it didn’t work, I’d be screwed. I contacted the seller to ask about their return policy, and they got back to me within 24 hours. Which was nice because some reviews said they had crappy customer service. I primarily use this card for gaming, will most likely see some use for 3D print rendering, but not yet.This card is overkill really for 1080p gaming, but I prefer to have room to grow, with games and different softwares being more and more GPU reliant, I think this will last me the foreseeable future.The fans can get noisy if they're on full speed. With the games I play they have not yet needed to go full speed to maintain a good temperature.With 10GB of VRAM that is very fast, I don't feel like I'm trading off certain graphic settings for others. I wanted to keep this one so bad. The fans were quieter and the power was there, but that whine! It was like an infant screaming on a plane. I've converted to EVGA as of now.

The fans vibrate at higher speeds. Definitely needs more support. I have a strix Mobo that came with a support leg, but it's not really ideal. Probably best to have it on a riser so it can be fully supported by a compatible case.Edit to add: after about 2 years (October 2024) the vibration took it's toll and caused the fan connection to fail, resulting in burning up the chip as it happened during full load apparently.Asus was extremely quick to verify and deem the card a total loss, and they shipped me a brand new one in under 10 days from the day I sent it in.Expecting it to take longer or po
