Quality control is lacking here, as brand new right out of the box there was a stain on one of the earcups that absolutely will not come out of the fabric as much as I try. When I contacted the company, they just said it was a cosmetic issue that doesn’t impact performance and they won’t provide a replacement part or headset.Outside of that, the headset is okay. Sound quality and the build and materials are about what you’d expect for the price, which is to say not awful but not impressive, either.
