For a first time parent this is a must have! The camera quality isn’t 4k but allows me to see my daughter clearly. The screen is the perfect size to not make too big of a blind spot on my dash. Wiring it up was extremely easy because there is none! It paired automatically all you do is press the power button and you’re connected! I’m not the most tech savvy and i was able to do it without even looking at the instructions. Wireless setup of the rear camera is nice and easy. Overall a decent product but the ball mounts for both the display and the camera do not have enough friction. They do not get tight enough to keep things in place and then the camera mount failed randomly.

The Babyvue BV6 lived up to its promise of a fast, wireless setup — no wiring, no drilling, just mount and go. I had it running in about 10 minutes. The 1080P image is sharp even in low light, and I can finally keep an eye on my little one in the back seat without twisting around while driving. Four stars because the more stable camera attachment is too big for our seat headrest so were using the velcro straps so the camera does shake a bit but other than that the camera works great and has good quality both day and night.. my favorite feature is that the camera turns on when u turn the car on and it turns off on its own when the car is turned off.:))

Initially we really liked how this camera setup presented. Installation is very easy and turning it on for the first time connectivity was immediate. I charged it before trying the first time so it might last a while. The camera itself is fairly large, assumedly for a large capacity battery. The carrying case is great for travel packing.The first time we used it with our car seat I noticed right away that the camera was aimed way too high, however the adjustment using the headrest bars is limited by the ball in socket design that allows the camera to pivot and be aimed. Was honestly a way easier set up than I was thinking it was going to be! Also, I love watching my baby in live time without having to crank my neck, especially when he’s crying- I know now if it’s something that can wait or if he’s just fussing and no need to pull over. The system works with Apple car play and also android.
