Difficult to connect, overheats and shuts off, most frustrating piece of technology I own. It worked okay the first time I used it, so I bought a second one for our other car and it is the biggest regret of my life. If I had one chance to use a time machine, I would go back and stop myself from making this purchase. I genuinely can’t think of anything worse in all of history to use time travel to stop. It calls someone every time I try to set it up. You have to pair it every single time you get into your car. Did you like your old car play? Too bad, it’s gone forever. Do not recommend to anyon

Super easy install, very clear camera. I love that I can just see her without having to take my eyes off the road. A lot of these other reviews are not it, I def recommend!

1. The product was incredibly hard to install. There was minimal direction on how to do so. Very frustrating.2. Since using the camera, the connection drops and the live video disconnects NUMEROUS times throughout a ride. When first turning the car on, the camera will work well for about 15 minutes. Then after that, the connection is repeatedly lost and we are required to reconnect the camera every 2-3 minutes. We think it is overheating…3. The physical USB plug gets so incredibly hot that it can barely be touched.4. It reconfigures my CarPlay and the accessibility and usability of my CarPlay

I absolutely love this baby cam. Being able to see the kids and have it adjust to night has been a dream. I have not had any issues with the usb overheating as others have mentioned or having it stop mid-ride.I knocked off a star because it can struggle to connect and will occasionally call people on my favorite list when I first start the car and press the camera icon.

Wish I could give this 5 starts. I have a Volvo XC90 and it doesn’t have wireless CarPlay. But this thing hardly wants to connect and it’s so hard to use the CarPlay due to the bottom icons being sooooo small! It’s so frustrating trying to use it. I’ve tried everything I can to make them bigger and nothing.The camera kicks off and on. Video quality is good day and night.

Absolute trash. Worked for a few days, then started overheating and crashing. Updated the firmware and it was even worse, then also changed the CarPlay interface so all the icons were micro sized and not able to rescale or downgrade firmware. retuned this one, then ended up getting one directly for Ottocast. Thought maybe that might be a better product than a dropshipper posting on amazon? Same issues constantly. Worked with my car, apparently it doesn't work for all carplay cars. It has been nice being able to see the kid at night. I've had some problem with connectivity, even after updates to the device. Sometimes the video doesn't come up. Most annoying thing is that when the OSD is up you can still hit carplay behind it. So, you'll start a text when you don't mean to. Also, it introduces some latency in carplay.
