We are satisfied with this commercial panini press. It offers excellent even heat distribution. The unit supports adjustable temperature control with a max temperature of 300°C and reaches working temperature rapidly. The floating upper plate compresses sandwiches evenly every time. Another plus is the included UL-listed power cord, complying with safety standards for restaurant use.
I am extremely pleased with this commercial panini press. The upper and lower plates achieve consistent, synchronized heating. It is fitted with durable non-stick cast iron cooking surfaces. This is a substantial, large-sized unit; its cooking plates measure more than 50 cm long. Designed as a high-power appliance, it comes with two power plugs.
